Yoga Nidra
Nidra is a meditative yoga, it is a practice of yogic sleep that will guide you to the hypnagogic state, a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. It consists of body scans and recognition of the body/mind connection.
If you are interested in a Nidra session we will have a free 20-minute phone call, we will go over your concerns/pain. We will then create a customized Nidra recording for you, focusing on your past experiences and goals.
Along with the recording, we will include journaling prompts and insight on how to incorporate Nidra with therapy (regardless if I am your therapist).
Chronic pain/illness Nidra clients will often see us bi-weekly or monthly to review and shift their practice as their pain subsides.

Restorative Yoga & Therapy
In this type of yoga we hold poses for an extended amount of time 3-5 minutes with the help of various props to encourage physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
If you are interested in a restorative yoga session we will have a free 20 minute phone call, we will go over your concerns/pain and schedule a session either in person or via zoom.
We will create an individualized plan focusing on your experiences and goals. During our scheduled session we will complete the practice together, I will answer any questions, make any modifications, and supply you with a copy of the practice, there is an option to video the session as well for your records.

approach to yoga allows you to connect with yourself on a deeper level, improving mind-body awareness, reducing stress and anxiety, and promoting relaxation. Our classes are accessible to all levels, from beginner to advanced, and we strive to create a comfortable, welcoming environment for all our students.
