Mind Body Integrated Therapy incorporates a holistic and integrative approach to healing that combines the best of traditional and alternative treatments. We focus on creating balance and harmony between the mind, body and soul, in order to provide an effective and lasting treatment to our clients.
We specialize in helping individuals soothe pain, anxiety, and stress as a residual from chronic illness or injury. Those diagnosed with chronic illness / chronic pain often have anxiety and depression surrounding their illness. This can contribute to sleepless nights, shameful feelings, self-blame, fear of social situations, isolation, and anger.
Within our partnership we will create a new awareness and understanding of the impact your illness has had on your quality of life and how this has created your current internal narrative.
We will work on soothing, accepting, and healing the nervous system to enable you to feel a sense of control and safety within your body. We can incorporate a simple tool-set to support lasting change and increase your quality of life while minimizing pain.
We utilize evidence-based therapy practices in conjunction with mindfulness practice, and neuroscience research. We believe integration of mind, body and spirit is the path to alleviate the stress and pain that comes with life challenges.

EMDR Intensives
Incorporating EMDR Therapy & Therapeutic Body Movements to facilitate deep healing and transformation.
Our half day or full day intensives are equivalent to 2 to 6 months of weekly therapy.
As an EMDR Clinician with additional training in Integrated Treatment of Chronic Pain and Chronic Health Conditions, Somatic Movement, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and a Registered Yoga Instructor, I believe in clinical excellence.
By providing relationally focused EMDR along with advanced psychotherapy methods, we will discover the origins of your limiting beliefs in order to update old narratives about how you show up in the world, who you are, and what you deserve.
Individual Therapy
We believe in working with every client as holistically as possible (mind and body).
We use and promote evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Eye Movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR), along with somatic based techniques.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a system of psychological techniques that retrains the brain to interpret and respond to signals from the body properly, subsequently breaking the cycle of chronic pain.
We will also incorporate various aspects of Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga into each session. This will encourage addressing chronic pain through increased awareness, feelings of safety in the body, and cultivating mindfulness.
We will introduce bilateral movement, somatic movement, and breath work into the pain protocol. These skills will also help to benefit self soothing throughout the week.
